Every  trucking company and broker involved with the Auto Transport industry uses , centraldispatch.com or  jtracker.com to move customer vehicles.  These lazy no  good son of a b***h people that arrogantly purchased these two sites and have done nothing to maintain them or improve them should be prosecuted.  They have a monopoly on the industry.  For the life of me I can't figure out why a few smart programmers don't build a dispatch website that will put these guys to shame.  Are American Computer Science students that lazy... that dumb?    

These arrogant SOB's run these two websites like they could care less.   They never improve the server capacity the the pages take forever to load.  I believe they call that LATENCY.  It's terrible.  It takes brokers forever to pull up a carrier name when trying to dispatch to a load to a carrier due to poor software design - no search capability.  The two sites are suppose to be synchonized  - they are not... they are very outdated.  

The U.S. Justice Department should take over these two sites or manage Dealertrack more closely because what they are getting away with is criminal.  They are charging brokers and carriers for crap service and asking us to like it.  If you complain they don't care! 

As a carrier that is fed up with this crappy service.... I'm going to ask all my carrier buddies to post a review about this crap service on as many sites as they can... of course anonymously (because they will kick any company off the service if they complain - they are total assholes about that).   No customer service what-so-ever. 

The site goes down and they make no apologies.  They never send out a news letter or any updates on what is being improved because they don't make any improvements.   The sites suck!  They have sucked for years.  When informed about the problems they say they are working on it.   They do not work on it.   They buy the two websites to "flip" the site to the next buyer after a year or two.  It sucks for the brokers and carriers who are looking for a company to buy it and fix it.  Buy it and improve the servers and the latency problems.  A buyer that will improve the customer service - police the problem companies that cause problems on the site - posting false orders etc. 

Central Dispatch and JTracker will let any F rated company operate on this site.  What a shame!   Dumb! 

The worst problem is the arrogance when you call them for information.  I can't tell you how many trucking companies have told me that if they could they would boycott these dispatch board until the improvement were completed.  Brokers feel the same way too.   Everyone should boycott these two sites.  

If you know someone that is hiring... tell them to never hire a DealerTrack Technologies ex employee.  That would be a huge mistake.  HUGE!   Lazy - no good for nothing jerks that need a good a*s kicking.  They should be ashamed of the way they do business.   Straight to hell with these idiots that treat people the way they treat their customers.
