Is it rip off by DealExtreme.com? This is a history of my first order on DealExtreme.com. I made my orderon DealExtreme.com on Tuesday, January 10/2012, after three weeks I didn't get anything and status of my account was "PaymentConfirmed", after that I sent three emails to DealExtreme sales department about my order(January 30/2012-January 31/2012) and my order status on next day without any explanation at all suddenly was changed to "BackOrder". I tried "Live Chat" option to ask what is going on, but "Live Chat" just a joke(I am not sure it is working properly).

I tried to talk to somebody three times, two times at night, each time I was online more than one hour and nothing. I tried to use "Customer Service Express(January 30/2012)" and I opened a ticket and I even got a reference number, after that my ticket status(as today, 10 days later) still is "Request has been received-waiting for processing". I tried to cancel my order to get my money back via "Customer Service Service Express", but I couldn't bacause my ticket still in process and till then you can do nothing. So bottom line they charged me, took my money and no product. Guys, be aware before you'll make an order.
