Dealfind The lights are on but nobody's home! Internet
In November of 2011 I purchased a voucher for cleaning services from Dealfind. I was going to be away from my home for 6 months so I needed my house cleaned before I left. I contacted the cleaning service to set up a date for cleaning but she was all booked up so she told me to contact her in the fall of 2012 to set up another date. I then set up a date in November of 2012, (the day before I was to leave for another 6 months), but the cleaning service did not show up. When I talked to the owner she told me that she thought that I was going to call back to confirm the date but since I didn't call back she assumed that I didn't want her to come. Needless to say, I was quite annoyed that there was a misunderstanding and that I wouldn't be able to use the service that I had already paid for. I asked her for a refund but she told me that I needed to contact Dealfind for a refund.
I called the 800 number for Dealfind, and got a recorded message on their Customer Satisfaction line. They stated that I needed to send an email to their Customer Support department explaining my situation. I did this, and a couple days later, Nov. 21, I received an email from them stating that they had received my email and that one of their "Customer Service Satisfaction Experts" would get back to me within 1-2 business days. No one contacted me after that.
On November 28 I sent another email stating that I still had not heard from one of their "Customer Service Satisfaction Experts" and that it had been more than 1-2 business days since they had said someone would contact me. I have not received a reply from them.
I have tried calling their 800 number, and tried to contact different departments, but no one answers their phone. I just keep getting voice mail or messages to contact them through their website. At this point, I wonder if anyone really works at Dealfind. I am frustrated that I am being totally ignored and that this company is not resolving a customer's problem. Did the Customer Service Satisfaction Department shut down?
