Complaint Review: Dealmachine

I bought a phablet that's a rather large phone from this company 1 year ago for $65 USD. They sent me a phone- not the phablet -so I did not receive what I ordered. The phone I did receive was a phony-knock off- entirely in Chinese- no way to change to English. No Google Apps- so false advertising- and a phony- product that does not work in the USA.

I have fought with them for over 1 year- and finally they were going to return my $65. Then they came up with some crazy story that PayPal payed me-and they sent me a replacement phone.

Well folks I checked my fiscal records with PayPal and there are no tranactions -or returns from them or Dealmachine. Secondly-the replacement phone the attest to sending I never received-and I am sure they can not produce any records of me signing for anything.

In closing- People- Folks- I know we all want bargains-but please do not use this compnay. They shall string you along- and once 180 days expire- you can not file a complaint with your credit card company. They are liars-cheats- and if anyone wants a phony-knock off phone entirely in Chinese-contact me-I can produce it to validate my claim.

DO NOT USE DEALMACHINE> THEY ARE CROOKS_ LIARS-THIEVES- and if you want to throw your money away- then proceed. OTHERWISE GO TO AMAZON-BEST BUY_ or the thousands of reputable firms and be safe and not sorry. Their representative Sharon- and here again I can produce about 20 e-mails-has lied and cheated me- and after 1 year I believe that she spear heads these schemes to defraud innocent people out of their money.

I am also very upset with PayPal as well- for even entertaining these claims by DEALMACHINE. Their records should speak for themselves. Buying from China is much safer than it used to be- but the owner of DEALMACHINE remains unknown and has about 5 firms like this doing the same thing all over the Internet.

PLEASE DO NOT USE THEM_READ THIS-DO YOUR OWN RESEARCH- NOTICE THE AMOUNT OF COMPLAINTS_and now PAYPAL IS BEING SUED TOO-for SCAMMING PEOPLE AS WELL.
