I had never heard of this company until I noticed charges on my checking accoung statements to something called "Privacy Plus." The bank gave me the phone number of the company, which then directed me to the dealpass.com website. I called them again and demanded my money back, and they insisted that I ordered their service and they could only refund one months' worth of charges (14.95 out of 75.75 total). I don't know where they got my credit card number, but they stole $75 from me.
