Dealpass, Galleriausa ripoff via cookies to hack your credit card and with draw money w/o authorization. then they claim that YOU used an opt-in site and that they sent you an email on how to cancelle your membership; only they never sent an email to me. Des Plaines Illinois Omaha Nebraska

I'm a handicapped Veteran and they stole $59.0 from my account with I need for Bus & taxi fare to and from the V.A. Clinic and for Medication. They refused a refund.

I was checking my credit card account via the internet and noticed that there was a $59.- payment made to a "GALLERIAUSA".

I have never herd of them and I called the Credit Card Comapny to ask about this payment. The C.C. Co. gave me an "800" number to call. 1-800-411-8104; It was a Company called "Dealpass". I asked them Why they took a payment from my C.C. Account and they immediately started questioning me as to who I was and why I was calling them. After several minutes of talking to a girl named "Lisa" (?), I was able to get confermation that they DID take $59.- from my account. However She (lisa) refused to tell my Why and/or how to get a refund if this was in error. I then demanded I be reimbusered by the end of that day. She hung up on me. I called back and asked for a supervisor and was switched to a person who could not speak English very well and is sounded like a female who immediately started yelling at me saying I was not getting my money back. She hung up on me also. I tried one more time and asked for the leagl department to complain and got a guy named "Darrin" (?). He stated that I had bought a membership with said Company through a "Opt-in" program I had visited on the internet. I informed "Darrin" that I had NEVER recieved said eamilor any other regarding said membership. I also informed "Darrin" that I am a disabiled Veteran and that I live on a small fixed income and would NOT buy any such membership due to the cost. "Darrin" said that I had been sent an email saying that I had 'x' number of days to cancelle my membership. He also said that I had not cancelled my membership and therefor would NOT get ANYTHING more then $14.- back. I informed 'Darrin" (?) that I did NOT join/Buy any club/memberships; AND, that I NEVER recieved any email telling me how to Cancelle said membership. Darrin that "That's to bad, your NOT getting your money back".

I said Company was Honest and above board they would NEVER use 'OPY-IN' subscriptions of this type. They would also understand that a disabiblied Veteran on a small fixed income could not afford to buy that type of membership.

I would also like to know WHY they hire aliens who can't speak English (and/or are to hard to understand) to work for them.
