Complaint Review: Deals Home Remodeling

I ordered 2 rose plants from Gardeners Corner for Mothers Day, I was suppose to buy 1 get one free 2 were suppose to be Flaming something and 2 were suppose to be Helen Hayes,   I have made several attempt to contact them but you can never get through to a person or any department I was first successful in letting my name and number but they would call at exactly 5:00 and not answer my question as to where was my order, now nothing happens when I call them there is never anyone in the office to return calls or answer calls, please help if you can, Jerry Deal remoman47@aol.com
