I am thoroughly disgusted and have been ripped off.

I placed an order for an XBox One Controller through Dealscube.  Their reference was Item 33803.  To pay for the order, they would not accept a credit card but instead, requested payment by way of a direct account transfers from my bank account.  

After waiting, and waiting, and inquiring, they sent me a message to say that the item was not available and that they would refund me.  After waiting, and not receiving the refund, I inquired again, only to be told that:

We regret to inform you that we will not be able to assist you on this issue since it has been over 60 days from the date you purchased the item.

This is simply an outrageous fraud, perpetuated by the unwillingness to accept CCs and then playing delaying tactics until they basically leave you with zero chance of recourse.
