Took more than a month to get here, for starters. Stated that the box would come with the correct adapter - it DIDN'T. I'm in Canada, and it came with a European adapter. Ok. So, i found one that was same volt, plugged it in - When i got it plugged in - it booted up to the Mbox logo, and into the launcher...not a problem. Tried opening XBMC, and that's where the next problem started.
The device turned off (Red light, didn't come back on with a blue light) - and, it just stayed there. Now, all i get is a black screen when i boot up, and nothing else.
So, was told that they would REFUND me for getting it repaired. Took it to my Tech guy, $15/hour - capped at $100 total. I informed them of this, and - would only offer me $25.
I was told numerous times to "Send it back" - however, the way they WANT you to send it back.....you can't - for me, it would've cost more than the stupid box itself.
Dealsmachine (ahappydeal.com before the change) - and, the whole Alibaba/Aliexpress sites....are all connected to each other, and do NOT know how to do their job.
