Through dealticker.com, I purchased a set of Frozen dolls, Anna and Elsa, for my six-year-old. I made this purchase in May 2014. I have yet to receive the dolls. I have emailed the company numerous times, each time with lame excuses about them getting back to me, that they were checking into the problem, that I would be receiving my purchase any day, etc. One representative said she couldn't resolve my issue and gave me a supervisor to deal with. Those emails fell into a black hole because there was never any response. I'm at a loss as to what to do now.
