SO CHECK THIS OUT. I READ THE STORIES ON RIPOFF REPORT BEFORE I OREDERED deans PROGRAM BECAUSE I LIKE TO DO RESEARCH B-4 I SPEND MY HARD EARNED $ SO I KINDA KNOW WHAT TO EXPECT (PLUS SOME PEOPLE WHO COMPLAIN ABOUT THESE COMPANIES AREN'T SO BRIGHT - I WANTED TO SEE FOR MYSELF). I CALLED AND ORDERED deans PROGRAM AND TALK ABOUT STUPID, THE SALES REP TRIED TO SELL ME THE WORLD AND AFTER EVERY PRODUCT SHE TRIED TO SELL ME I ASKED HER QUESTIONS ABOUT THESE PRODUCTS AND SHE HAD NO IDEA.SO BESIDES THE SCRIPT SHE WAS READING IN FRONT OF HER SHE DIDNT KNOW WHAT THE HELL SHE WAS TALKING ABOUT AND FINALLY SHE TOLD ME "SHE'S ONLY A SALES REP FOR THOSE TYPE OF QUESTIONS I'D HAVE TO CONTACT CUSTOMER SERVICE". TO MAKE A LONG STORY SHORT I PAID FOR RUSH DELIVERY WHICH DIDNT EVEN ARRIVE IN THE TIME GAURANTEED. I STARTED GOING THROUGH deans INFO ON HOW TO PURCHASE HOMES WITH NO $ DOWN AND NO CREDIT, GARBAGE!! THE FIRST 2 CD'S YOU LISTEN TO ARE ALL MOTIVATIONAL CD'S AND EXPLAIN NOTHING. I GOT THROUGH DEANS COURSE IN 3 DAYS AND NOT ONE THING TELLS YOU HOW BECOME A REAL ESTATE MILLOINAIRE. EVERYTHING IS ALL ABOUT deans OWN SUCCES STORIES ( IT'S NOT HARD TO BUY A HOUSE THAT COST $460 K WHEN YOU HAVE THAT MUCH IN YOUR ACCT ) AND HIM TRYING TO MAKE YOU BELIEVE THAT HIS PROGRAM WORKS. THE INFO HE TELLS YOU IS STUFF AN APE ALREADY KNOWS SO I CALLED BACK AND COMPLAINED ( HERE'S WHERE I LAUGH ). WHEN I CALLED ( 3 TIMES ) NO ONE WAS EVER IN AND THEY SAID ( A SWITCH BOARD OPERATOR ) I'LL HAVE SOME ONE CALL YOU BACK SO I FINALLY GAVE THEM MY INFO TO GET BACK TO ME. SOMEONE FROM UTAH CALLS ME ASKING ALL THESE B.S QUESTIONS LIKE, ON A SCALE OF 1-10 HOW BAD DO YOU WANNA MAKE MONEY, AND DO YOU HAVE THE DRIVE TO SUCCEED. AFTER I ANSWER YES TO ALL THEIR DUMB QUESTIONS THEY TELL ME I QUALIFY FOR AN ADVANCED TRAINING MENTOR PROGRAM AND THEY START AKING ME HOW MUCH AVAILABLE CREDIT I HAVE ON MY CREDIT CARDS. SO I PLAY ALONG AND I TELL THEM $5000 AND THEY TELL ME THIS PROGRAM WILL COST ABOUT $4000 AND IF I PAY THAT AMOUNT IT SHOWS DEDICATION AND THAT IM SERIOUS ABOUT MAKING $. I SAY I DONT WANT TO MAX OUT MY CARDS AND THEY TELL ME ITS ALRIGHT BECAUSE IM SPENDING "OTHER PEOPLES MONEY" ( OPM AS THEY CALL IT ) SO I REPLY HOWS THAT,I HAVE TO PAY IT BACK. THEY TELL ME "BY THAT TIME ILL HAVE SO MUCH $ IT WONT MATTER". I SAY NO AND HE GETS FRUSTRATED AND THEN WE HANG UP. I DID GET MY $ BACK BUT THE REASON FOR ME WRITING THIS IS BECAUSE THESE POEPLE NEED TO BE EXPOSED FOR THE CROOKS THEY ARE AND SO THAT CONSUMERS WONT WASTE THEIR TIME AND $. these companies are slow to act concerning refunds so be just as slow to act to give up your account information. dean also is referred to as the world foremost expert at real estate! now how's that going to take place at his age? get real ! He also had in the past did a site or offer entitled "motor millions" or something similar. How to make millions selling used cars without a dealers license or even a lot.I was to get a refund which was promised from the upstanding high moral character which never happened either. phone calls were not returned and phone lines disconnected. my memory may not be accurate but I do know I never got all my money back.So when they say expert look out friend.. expert at pitching for your money and getting it and holding onto it.
