We purchased about seven thousand dollars worth of records, it tool them two weeks to get us the records, and when we did the records where incorrect. Guaranteed Lists apologized and redid the list. It took over three weeks to get the new list. This time over 40% of the records where disconnected records. Again they apologized and the VP of Sales Michael Rubin conferenced with us and assured us that this time he will personnally supervise. ONE MONTH LATER THEY SENT THE SAME LIST BACK WITH NO CHANGES. Repeated calls, emails and letters have been ignored. I recommended this firm to my boss and it almost cost me my job. This is a rip-off firm and all companies should be having to do with them.
