Complaint Review: Dean-Nelson General Contractors

  These guys are thieves. Charged me about 800 bucks to fix my AC units. It worked a good 1 hour. I called the repairman to tell him what happened. Alvin said he was on his way back to check it out. He never came back. Refused to answer my phone calls and never returned any of my messages. Finally got another repairman from the same company to come out the next day and he wanted to charge me an additional 2400 bucks for a new unit. I did not want any more dealings with them. I tried negotiating with them through the BBB. They refused a partial refund. Stay away from these guys unless you don't mind throwing away your money.
