There was a fire that damaged my home in Oct of 2016p and Dean was just waiting in the wings for me to look him up and ask him for an esstimete, which he never gave to me, he just started working on my home without my knowledge and he ended up stating to me that he wanted to get the insurance estimate and that would be what he was going to charge me for the work he did without my consist....
So I ended up telling him he needed to get off my property and give me a proper esstimete which he never actually did...he ended up doing work on my home without a contract...and he put a lock on my garage without my knowledge or consent.... So I ended up removing the lock and telling him he was no longer welcome on my property....
So he ended up taking me to court and puttin a lien on my home for the crappy job he did on my damages... he tried to say he re did my roof on my garage, which was never damaged, but in realaity he only put an edge on the roof of the garage...plus he supposely put new shingles on the rear part of the home, which six months later there was a brief wind storm that blow off over 100 sq foot of shingles...which if he actually did the repair correctly on my roof that would have never happened....
Plus, he made a repair to my porch roof prior to the fire damage and it is still to this day causing me problems, with allowing animals to get into my attic as well as having continuous problems with my porch having water issues and downspout issues still to this day...
Plus, Dustin Maguire did nothing to help me in this delema, all he did was cost me more money for no reason what so ever...
