Complaint Review: Dean Vansickle/Vans transportation

 I was a driver for Vans transportation from January to April of 16 after driving two different unsafe units for Vans after three days of training I was behind the wheel of a tractor that Dean himself set the slack adjusters and checked the brakes on and cleared for a trip to texas ( I had reported through text and phone calls the brakes were failing and needed repair after I attempted to set brakes myself 4 separate times in a 450 mile trip) only to have two out of the four drums exploding while traveling 70 MPH taking out the bumper of a Toyota resulting in a complaint with the Oklahoma state patrol and subsequent damage to my CSA score. After the loves repaired the trailer I drove 100 miles to Dallas where the truck died Dean screamed and yelled at me saying I sabotaged his load by purposely running the truck out of fuel (service record from mechanic said dirty fuel filter ) told me I was done working for him he then dispatched me to reload out of Austin and Dallas for back haul when I returned to the yard I was expecting a pay check from the previous week no check I used a car to go home where I was confronted by a police officer stating that I was reported to have stolen the vehicle I explained the situation they said small claims court however I don't have the $ to fight for my stolen labor time and reputation thanks to Dean
