Deanna Figueroa is the nastiest, most psychotic eBayer ever. She bids, buys, files false Paypal item never recieved report, gets her money back, and still gets your item. She then barrages you with nasty emails and leaves very, very nasty negative feedback. This person needs some drastic psychiatric intervention before she goes on a shooting spree. Her ebay user idea (as a buyer) is aprizeplum. She uses a different seller id which I have recently come across. Block her from bidding on your auctions.

I just finally found this person, their account was suspended by ebay for non delivery of goods.
I bought a 4.99 USB hub from them that I never received and they filed this hideous story about me?? I have never sold a USB hub in my life. Yes, I did file a PayPal claim because this person never sent the item. I waited almost a month for it before I filed and PayPal investigated and found in my favor.
Lookup their history as lv4hockey2002. Multiple negatives for not shipping and finally Ebay closed their account.
This person's name is Michelle L Lamothe from Newport VT.
Her now illegal terms of sale were quoted as: I will not be responsible for packages lost by the postal service that do not have insurance, nor will I issue a refund for lost packages or damaged items (that were packaged adequately) that are not insured. "
Well, PayPal disagreed. The item did not arrive and I filed a claim and won. End of story. How disturbed is this person that they would file this pack of blatant untruths over $4.99?

As far as I know, I've never even done business with this person. According to this report, I was the consumer...not the seller.
This person found my information somehow and has posted my personal information. This is libel and I want this removed.
