Complaint Review: DEBBIE ANN SEVANT

Debbie Sevant is a convicted felon.She has forged scripts,bought,stolen & sold drugs.
She recently moved from Gulfport,MS to Phoenix,Az.
I believe she is on the run from something that happened in MS.
Two people in MS that she was in close connection to suddenly died in 2008, and she disappeared.None of the family heard from her for over a year.
I recently came in contact with her, and stayed with her for 2 weeks.The second week,I received a letter from equifax at her address about an application for a cell phone. Once I reported that and gave my parents address as a primary address, 3 weeks later while at my parents I received a letter from DirecTv about an attempt to get service. Ofcourse it was not me, and when I called, Directv informed me of the address which was hersl. Debbie has somehow gotten my SS# and attempted to get things in my name. She has also done it to my mother, and I'm sure many other people.
Her daughter has cerebral palsy and she is very abusive toward her. She has used her daughters condition to get sympathy & help with many things.
She lied about being in hurricane Katrina. She wasns't even in MS when the hurricane hit, but she lied and said she was staying with her mother (Betty Sevant-<deceased now>) at the time.  She received help from Red Cross, and Fema, and to this day uses Hurrican Katrina to get assistance.
She and her daughter go to pain management and receive 120 perkasets each a month. (240 between the two), yet they are out in 2 weeks, and her poor daughter is crying in pain. Debbie sells the pills for crack or any other kind of drug she can get. Then she has her daughter go to the hospital or urgi care and get a few to last them another day or two.
The woman is crazy and is supposed to be taking meds from her psychiatrist, but she only takes the xanax she gets and she abuses it to the point she is drooling on herself, or she sells it. She talks about people trying to crawl through the vents and windows.She has threatened to kill me if I say anything about her to anyone. She tried to poison my cat.
It's alot, and I do not know who to go to, but the woman needs to be locked up. She is an award worthy con artist.
Her poor handicapped daughter is 27 and has had no schooling, she is estranged from family and the outside world.
Melissa Sevant is the daughters name, and she is in a dangerous situation. Her life is threatened on a daily basis by her own mother.
Debbie is now talking about moving again. I think it would be in the best interest for alot of people if this woman was investigated, before she gets away with more crime, and possibly kills someone(if she hasn't already). 
She is constantly scheming and conning.She practically held me hostage. I had to sneak out when she went to sleep to get out of there.. I am terrified of what she may try to do to me.She even called my insurance company and pretended to be me and made herself the authorized representative. Now I am having to send them something in writing to have her name removed. Please investigate or do whatever you can.I am serious. This woman is major trouble.
