Debbie recently took $4,000 from a charitable organization to render needed ser vices for a major Latino event, and assured that results would be completed and delivered within two days of receiving a check for $4,000. The company innocently gave her the money and that was the last the company ever heard of her. She performed no service. She literally TOOK THE MONEY AND RAN.
Since this occurred it has been learned that at least two other people called the Office of the Mayor seeking help in recovering thousands of dollars that were taken by Debbie Medina based under similar circumstances. Other claims in the amounts of thousands of dollars to other individuals have gone unpaid. This is an unscrupulous individual who is a classic scam artist. Anyone dealing with DEBBIE MEDINA or her company, EVENTS & ENTERTAINMENT is cautioned not to give her advance money, and better still not, to deal with her at all. She is best characterized as a CON ARTIST.
