I have been ripped off by Debbie Perkins and Arizona LifeStyles Inc dba Adobe Homes Sierra Vista, and Darrell Hiltzman Dealer # 76 119 16 09.
I ordered a manufactured home to be built and paid $9,200 deposit. The contract stated built by May 20, 2007. On May 31, 2007 I called the factory to find the home was not even on the schedule to be built. I canceled and requested my deposit back. Debbie Perkins refused.
I took them to court and had an arbitrator give a decision in my favor.
Perkins says that was not valid because the contract states to be decided before a panel of 3 arbitrators in Pima County. Now Perkins says that company was Darrell Hiltzman's and he is no where to be found.
The 3 person arbitrator panel will cost me another $2750. Plus $600 per hour for each arbitrator or $1800.
