Complaint Review: Debbie Phillips Michael Singh

1996 Harley listed on craigs list for only $2950. Debbie Phillips is the seller, and says she works on a cruise ship and must go thru email and ebay as she is very busy.

Well, ebay is not a third party. They do not jsut take care of payments, items ahve to be listed on ebay for the payment to go thru them.

Also, she wanted the payment to be sent to Michael Singh, 76 9th Ave, NY, NY 10011.

I have seen other reports also, so somehow, she jsut keeps trying.

I hope no-one has sent her any payments!!
