Complaint Review: debby dress

I will get married op the 9 th of september. I looked for I nice dress and I thought I found one at debby dress. The dresses looked great en the prices seemed okay. I read the service claim so I thought ordering wille be no problem. ( I live in the Netherlands) Then the dress came... it was put into a small plastic bag and i could not believe that my dress would fit in the bag... but it did!! Whem I looked at the dress i thought that they had send the  wrong one. It looked similar but the dress was much bigger and it was heavy. It looked like a bad costume. And it did not fit in the front. Stupid as I was I thought well okay they have service so no problem.

Then the games began. We want pictures, so I end pictures. Our taylor says it looks great... send other pictures. The list goed on and on. They try everything not to give the costumer their money back they will try to tell you that you made a mistake. It is horrible that they play with other peoples feelings and your money. I did not nuy a dress made to my own maesures so it was a normal dress. No problem returning it I would think. Do not believe them and please do not make the same mistake. Do not buy at debby dress. I will never get my money back i'm sure but I want to warn others because it will ruin your special day
