We purchased a scent bark collar after a long discussion with the store manager at the Nashua, NH Pheasent Valley Mall. He stated that if it didn't work (vs the shock collar which he pushed us from purchasing) to bring it back and he would help us try something else.

We gladly purchased the product and tried it for a week.

It didn't work at all, not once.

We took our receipt and the product back with all of the original packaging and the same manager refused to exchange the product with something else. He said that the policy didn't apply to "such products". I wasn't even asking for a cash or credit refund (which the policy posted on the wall clearly states within 30 days), just exchange for the shock version or something else (as he said he would).

Nothing. He refused to do anything and looked at me like I was stupid and he didn't remember us at all.

Avoid this company at all costs.
