I heard the advertisment on TV and called and received a video and a package of information regarding the product. I think the product is still a good idea, but Debit Corporation is a rip off.

My Mom and I invested $7,500 each, we were not expecting to get "rich" we were interested in supplementing our income per month. At the beginning when the company is trying to sell you the product they are friendly, responsive and seem to be opened. I dealt witht a Sales Rep named Mark Pelle and he had stated that there were locations all ready to go in our area ( approx 33) and that our income would most likely be $35,000 a year based on our purchase of 3 locations.

I was also told by Mark that each location had to meet a certain criteria in order to even be selected as a Debit card location. The location had to have a minimum of 200 people per day in their store. I was also told by Mark that DCA monitors how many cards I sold per day per location and if my location(s) failed to sell a minimum of 4 cards per day per location then DCA proactivly starts to search for a new location.

I was told and I quote " DCA makes their money from the residuals of the cards, not on the initial investment from the distributors" . Well, I can vouch that the locations were awful, when I got a location to look at. I had my machines in my house for approx 6 weeks even before I got ONE location and I got another lousy location but was getting desperate to get some sort of return on my investment.

So I only ever had TWO machines out in locations, I never even got the 3rd one out of my house. I never sold ONE card and I never received a phone call from DCA with a new location. Well after purchasing the "locations" I never got to speak to Mark again, I wanted to talk with him because he is the person that had provided all of the FALSE information.

I was passed to a man named Harvey who was useless and I went through 3 Locators, Lee Smallwood, Tim Baldwin and a woman named Sonja. ALL of these locators were USELESS, actually when I was dealing with Sonja she must of have goofed by telling me this. I was calling to complain that the locations were not what I had been promised when I signed on for this investments.

I explained that I was told by Mark that the locations had to meet a certain criteria and that DCA actually did some research on the Locations. Well Sonja said to me " I don't know what you were told, but I take out a phone book doe your area and I run my finger down it and start calling stores" Well, that's is when I KNEW that I had been ripped off.

I have hired a laywer and I am trying to get my money back, I did look on the BBB in Florida before I invested and the site stated that there were no complaints regarding this Company. I believe that the DA in Florida should be prosecuting this companys owners and employees who knowingly ripped people off. I thought there were LAWS to PROTECT US.

STOP! ..before you think about using the Better Business Bureau (BBB)... CLICK HERE to see how other consumers were victimized by the BBB's false or misleading information. Don't be fooled! It has been reported, when there are thousands of complaints and other investigations underway by authorities, the BBB has no choice but to finally give an UNsatisfactory rating to a BBB member business that is paying the BBB big membership fees every year. When a business is reported that is NOT a BBB member, BBB files WILL more likely show an UNsatisfactory rating, then reportedly shake down that company to become a member of the BBB. One positive thing about the BBB is, either way, if a business has an unsatisfactory rating with the BBB, you can be sure, the business is bad. But what about all those BBB member businesses that had complaints filed against them? Consumers never get to hear about them. What about the BBB advertising to the public? Is this a false and misleading perception they are giving about consumer confidence when dealing with a business? Click here to understand more of what consumers and business alike are saying about the BBB. You decide. ..Remember. The BBB membership is not earned, it's paid for!

I was in the process of negotiating a settlement with these crooks. I was offered a % back of my investment and I thougt some money back was better than none ( which is where I am at today). My Mom had signed the papers and I was going to when my attorney notified me that the have taken back their offer. So my Mom and I have spent a total of approx $3,000.00 in legal fees. My Mom and I are both interested in pursuing a class action suite if there is one in process or one that is going to be in process. Please get in touch with me, I believe the editor of Ripoff Report has my email address, I will also check back on this site.

Although I would love to get my money back, I think that I am more interested in prosecuting these skunks that RIP OFF hard working people.

Ali, contact the editor of Ripoff Report and maybe he will put you in touch with me.

For everyone else, William Martin announced that he will be the new president effective March 1. They have also moved their location and mailing address.
