my husband and i have a business that services a mine that is near its closing, so we cashed out some life insurance policies and sold our car to obtain enough cash to enter this business. $65,000 dollars is now lost. on march 5, 2004 we did what you all did, we wired our money with the promise of doing business in half the state of new mexico. as soon as the money was transfered, we were told of a raw material shortage and that our delivery date would have to be rescheduled for over a month away. this was an immediate red flag and so on march 9, we sent two letters to request a refund as stipulated in their documents, one to the attention of joyce heath and the other to the attn of john mcguinness, the two people we had spoken with and thought were good folks. we even faxed them a copy of the letter and to this day, nothing. the bbb is of little help, before or after our transaction with debit. harvey wall is the biggest jerk on the planet earth and all of these folks need to be brought down. even if you take legal recourse against them, there is nothing in the law that says they have to pay up. they have set things up so that you have to spend a bunch of money through the aaa and then the district court and finally the supreme courts of fla. this is so that it is not worth your money to even persue them. then, when you 'are' awarded a settlement, they never pay anyway. we all need to pray for their demise and may their remaining days be spent behind bars as they so truly deserve. we plan on taking a vacation to florida, to assist the state in closing these folks down. God help us all for trusting the wrong people.

Debit Corporation, Pantheon Holdings, Teleking are all owned by same people

#2Consumer Suggestion

Sat, April 03, 2004

For Ann and anyone else that has done business with Teleking, Debit Corporation and now Pantheon Holdings, go to the Florida Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services website and file an online complaint. Ask Ed with Ripoffreport or Agent Tony McDowell with the Department of Agriculture to put you in touch with me.

Debit Corporation's license was cancelled in January, 2004. Tony McDowell needs to know that they continued to obtain money from distributors after that date. Also, when Debit Corporation was shut down, they opened under the name Pantheon Holdings, Inc. Even though the Florida Secretary of State's web site shows that corporation to be 2 years old, it was a shelf corporation they bought from Speigel and Utrerra law firm in Miami. They have "shelf corporations" that are already registered and in place that are sold to make it appear these companies have been in business for a much longer period of time. This particular corporation was acquired in January of this year.

The people who appear as officers of the corporation are not the real owners. The real owners are Cary Krugly, Bill Martin and Shevin Goodman. They have a long history and all have criminal records.
