Debit Relief USA I lost my Job moved to another state and closed my bank account...Now they won't return my calls Addison, Texas
I saw their commercial on Tv and was warned by my friend NOT to do this. They said i could eliminate my debt and pay only a fraction of the cost of my credit card debt. So.......
I started with Debit Reilef USA in June 2007, I can't remember the guys name that talked to me regarding how in 36 months paying at $271.00 a month all my bills would be lowered and paid off. After 3 months I left a message asking when and why they haven't started taking care of these bills, the lady that called me back said it takes them 6 months to collect what they need and then they will work on the first (lowest) bill and she needed one more payment of $271.00 to pay that first bill.
Well in November I was able to pay only $171.00 and asked them to please debit only that amount..they did and explained they needed the rest to start the actual negotiating for the first bill.
Close to the end of November I lost my job, they debit my account on the 15th of every month so I called them and left a message again letting them know this and that I would NOT be able to pay the next payment. They never called back and the 15th was getting closer. Then I called left another message letting them know I was moving out of state and closing my account.I still haven't heard from them.
Finally I got a call from them in December asking if I had a new account yet. I told them I was still out of work and haven't opened an account yet. They said well as soon as you get an account please let us know.
Today is March 2008 I haven't received anymore statements from them but still I'm forwarding all my bills to them sent them a letter and I've been calling
them for 3 months and still NOT one return call or letter of response.
I paid them 1800.00 for no service for 6 months for a 36 month contract and nothing was handled at all, because I still get letters and my family is getting phone calls from lawyers trying to get a hold of me. All I wanted was my bills to be paid off in a quick and painless matter and this has been nothing but a nightmare.
Debit Relief USA in Addison, Texas are nothing but lying, stilling unprofessional people. I would suggest anyone that wants to use them DON'T.
I need help and need to take care of these bills. I don't know what to do and how to handle this. My bills are sky rocketing with interest as I type and I'm still not sure how to get these paid. Someone PLEASE help me.

So here's my most recent update 4/18/08, I still have not heard from anyone at Debit Relief USA regarding my account with them. I've called them and wrote them letters and even went online to their contact us now and they still have not returned any of my calls or reply to my letters or sent me any invoice. I've tried to contact them by leaving my new address and phone number letting them know I would still like them to continue with taking care of my bills and they still have not responded back. Then I even left messages telling them I would like to cancel and refund my money so I can take care of these bills myself and they still have not responded back.
This is very frusterating that no one will return calls or letters so i can take care of these bills.
I need help and I don't know who to go to for help. Can someone please help me with this situation.

So I called Debit Relief USA again (today) and left another message but this time I stated, since no one is returning my calls I would like to just close my account and get a refund of my $1455.00 back to me and I will just take care of my bills myself. Please call me back....then I left my number. I haven't heard from Debit Relief USA, Addison, TX since December of 2007. My guess is their keeping my money since no one wants to pay my bills or return my calls or letter I sent. Then they should just refund my money.
All I wanted was an easy way to pay my bills off with no hassels. Ever since I signed with Debit Relief USA, Addison, TX it has been a nightmare.

I called again on March 10th 2008 and the line rings about 10 times and goes to voice mail. There use to be someone answering the phone at one time.
I leave messages asking someone to please return my call and this is about the 10th message I left stating NO ONE has still returned
my call. I let them know I'am a client, give them my account number telling them I need to speak with someone.
No One will call me back, like I said this has been going on since December (after Christmas) 2007. All I want is for them to stick to their agreement and start paying my bills with the money they have already collected and if they're not going to do that then refund my $1455.00. I stated in the complaint it was $1800.00 but need to correct it and it was $1455.00 they have collected from me.
