Our neighborhood needs to become aware of the illegal activity of Debbie Zuckerman of 5726 E 51st st. Ms Zuckerman has been renting out her property to a litany of strange men for years, causing this citizen great concern. In this day and age responsible landlords check backgrounds of perspective tenants prior to renting to them. During the past 7 years, Ms Zuckerman has rented to an untold amount of men, without having done a background check on a single one. Further, she has made alterations without city inspections to accomidate these guests. Finally, upon checking there is no record of any taxes being paid on revenues being accrued from this operation. As a taxpayer, I am tired of footing the bill for citizens who do not pay their fair share of taxes. With a school and YMCA in our neighborhood its high time,we-her neighbors encourage her to move out of our community for safety reasons and our desire to bring an end to her illegal and dangerous business.
