Shes suppose to help new agents become familiar with the real estate world, she charges between $1500 to $5,000 That's a lot of money for a new agent with no experience who comes into this field without making a cent first. They should first learn from their Broker how to and not be subjected to take her course because if your not broke by the time your done, you will be. The training is not anything extensive, its just copycat work from other Brokers who made it big. She should be stopped because she's good but shes not that good. Its almost like a cult, she preaches what she'll do in the course but when you take the course, she doesn't do what she says shes going do, it should be continued to the next course that costs you $1500 and so on. She should be put out of business and be put in jail.

I ran across this report in doing a Google search for Real Estate Trainers specializing in Web 2.0. I was surprised that Debra Asher & her company ProCalibre Associates showed up in that category since her & their forte is in productivity & profitability for real estate companies and agents, seminars and keynote speaking. I am not one to mince my words and therefore quite comfortable in labeling the originator, Jwlprincess1, of this ludicrous complaint a moron. I'm comfortable in that opinion when consideration is given to his/her grammer, spelling and total ignorance of the very basic operations of the real estate business. I suspect that he/she has failed in garnering a high school equivalency diploma or Gosh forbid holds a NYS Real Estate License. Debra Asher is listed as one of the top 40 Real Estate Training professionals in the country. I am the broker/owner of 6 real estate offices in the NY metropolitan and suburban area. Today, each office is the top office in it's respective market areas. I hired Debra and her staff two years ago to coach my managers and agents at the start of this real estate downslide. It was thanks to her training, support and guidance that 2 of my office moved up from 3rd & 2nd to the top position in listings and sales in their market areas. The other 4 are maintaining and increasing their market dominance because of her help. I am and will continue to use Debra to keep us on our toes,focused, sharp and on a path of consistent productivity.
