Complaint Review: Debra Hendrix

Someone took my vital information such as SS# and birth date, what city I was born in, and I found out instead of her getting a loan for me online, she applied my information to someone else and now my credit is very active but not by me.

Her name is Debra Hendrix and her address is 2043 N. 90th Ave, Phoenix, AZ 850 I do know that she has done this to several other people.

One of the recipients for these loans is Victoria Smith; 8858 W. Charleston, Peoria, AZ 85382; and her loan is with Citifinancial, but it's a fraudulent application and Citifinancial; 4241 W. Thunderbird, Phoenix, AZ; became aware of this Friday, March 19th, 2004. I do not know Debra Hendrix's email address nor do I have an email address of my own but I live at 8110 W. Heatherbrae Drive, Phoenix, AZ 85033. Anyone with more info, please post it below.
