Complaint Review: Debt Control Agency

I don't even know where to begin with these fools.  I paid my account in July 2015 and to this day I haven't received a release  letter and the amount owing is still showing on my credit report.  

I was promised that this would be taken care and no need to worry about because credit bureaus don't like dealing with consumers - ya right!  I finally had enough and contacted them again and they said they'd send the letter and I still haven't received it.  

Please stay away from this company pay the company you owe directly and they'll report back on your behalf. DCA is comprised of a bunch lousy incompentent scorpians.  Even after I paid them they still harrassed me, one guy yelling at me, transfering me to different people and laughing at me in the background.
