Like others on here I fell for the scam. Jack Martin was the man who processed my loan, and then because of "family emergency" he wasnt in the office. Mary then took over and when they needed to "pull my credit report" Steven Shaw took over.

Evidentally, Steven is the mastermind behind all this. I wired my money to Tracey Ellis. I did some investigating and I looked up the names of the people others wired their money to. There is multiple names listed in the surrounding Atlanta areas for Tracey Ellis, Don Fleming, and others. There is only one Howard Fleming in the Atlanta area. I called this individual and he said he had received a phone call earlier in the day about the same thing.

Come to find out his wifes purse was stolen in early January, so these crooks are stealing peoples identity. Oh, and the address in Santa Monica, I called a law office in that same building. Evidentally, there is a ton of businesses located on the 2nd floor. Talked to a lady and she says they are all virtual clients, they're really not there they just rent a mailbox. She said she would not give out any information unless they were subpeonad to court. Im gonna file a fraud report today.

Hi, The ad is in the Washington Post, here in the DC/VA/MD metro section, under Money to Lend. As a matter of fact it is still in the newspaper, as of today. I think I will call the newspaper, and let them know, that the company is fraudulent and they should retract the ad, although I call the number everyday, and the voice mail box is full. I am willing to communicate with all victims of these crooks, and find out how we can possibly track them down and hopefully prosecute them and get back our hard earned money.
