Debt Relief USA is out of Buisness it as been shut down by the Govermnet at least that's what the owner Kelley Reilly told me on friday I called him on his cell phone that was in a Report from Karma an empolyee that file a report.

to all of you that have paid Debt Relief USA money you need to do two things file a complaint to State Attorney General Office there Wed address is http://www.oag.state.tx.us/froms/cpd/print.php.
The more Compaints that are File the better. I was told by the Owner Kelly Reilly that there was over 5,000 Cleints that are on the books and that all off the moneys paid to Debt relief USA is being held by the Goverment and that he as no control over the money and that I would be refunded my money.

Now is this just another stall, so all you people that have paid Debt Relief USA money, you need to call and file complaints with the State of Texas and the Federal Trade Commision and the what ever other agency you can think of the more Complaints the Better

I have more Than $3,300.00 That I have paid them and they have not settled any of my credit cards so I need to get back that money so I can start to settle them myself

and by the way call the owner Kelley Reilly his cell phone his 469 226 6089 call him and give him am ear full you will not believe!! what you hear from him if he answers his phone .

Beware there are no Free Lunches out there Folks and no one really cares about your Problems except you so take-care and file those complaints, if enough People Complain there maybe a better chance you will get your money refunded to you.

How to fight back

#7Consumer Suggestion

Sun, June 14, 2009

You should contact the TX attorney generals office and give them a time frame to respond to you, and if they dont act fast enough contact the local newspapers about how the attornet generals office is not helping consumers who are victimized by TX companies, you can even call your local newspaper so there is no state/political ties to prevent the paper from covering your story.

What this person did is fraud. He is shutting down the company because he cant steal anymore from consumers, or did a poor job at running his business. debt settlement companies force you to pay upfront for their services because they are afraid consumers will leave them as they start all their work, unfortunately for the owner of this company the reverse happened to him, and since you paid for his services which he has not provided yet, he must either still provide those services, or refund your money. It is in his contract, that fees are collected upfront, but since services are not being rendered he must refund the money. Press the owner, threaten to call everyone you can.

The owner made a lot of money, go after him personally for what is owed to you if need be, take him to small claims court in TX
