Complaint Review: DEBTICATED CONSUMER COUNSELING

This company owes me a refund. they were given three months to perorm. i knew something was wrong when they did not follow upon things., they did pay some bills but not all that ws listed for themto pay.I Disenroled from this companytwo monts ago and ask them to return my money. so, they originally said they were going to send my money but had to do research. the research dragged into several months and different people started to handle my case. I finally wa told by the director of opertions that a refund check would be sent but they did not know the amount. A refund check never materialized. so i started calling again and again. they gave me the run around. speaking to different customer service reps and the head of customer relations a mr William Kantz who said a check was cut on11/18/03 but the president of the company hadnt signed it. so, i am still waiting as of this date no check. i am going to file a complaint with the office of the attorney general in PA and FLA.
