Actually the term I was brought in under was "debt invalidation". Based on current research they are now calling it "debt resolution"? I think....
Anyway, If your researching this and considering the program......don't do it. You'll be sued, have wage garnishments/judgments/property leins/frozen bank accounts, tax garnishments, ect...it's extremely stressfull and you'll most likely regret it.
In their latest Utube video (from one of their marketing/sales teams) they make a comment that a small percentage are sued? Not true. I have THREE judgments. Especially, if you are in Michigan, do not do this. They have not done what they say would, it's been almost 3 years. They will tell you it doesn't matter, every state is different & they can help. Not true, they have not helped me and it has been very costly, both financially and physically.
Please find another alternative. And if you don't, just remember someone warned you.
