My wife and I went through a bad spot in our marriage and we acquired some debt, mainly due to our own stupidity,, When we reached out for help, DebtSettlement USA was there,, but soon after paying them an excess of $7ooo dollars and continueing to receive phone calls and letters from our debtors,, we realized we had made a mistake!!
We paid for all the services up front, and then the Garnishnts started and at work and on our checking accounts,, they made us believe to settle with one Lawyer for a payment of $360 dollars for 24 months and they wouldnt sue us,, that is the same amount we originally owed on the Credit Card !!
Now we have be with them for 21 months and they are telling us ,,it is probably in our best interest to go and file for Bankrubtcy,, this was what we were trying to avoid ....
