Complaint Review: DebtXS

DebtXS misled, confused, failed to answer phone calls, claimed faxes not received and information not in file Dallas Texas

DebtXS seemed to be an upfront, dedicated organization to help solve my financial dilemma. Instead, I have more demons at my door than I could ever imagine. I not only have a lien against my federal income tax returns at this point, but I also have probably the worst credit ever.

After trying in vain to contact the people I initial dealt with, at least two of the individuals are no longer with the company - Patricia and David - does this surprise me. Not after I got on the Internet tonight and am infuriated about what I have found about this company and the class action suit in Texas regarding their work ethics.

I am in bit of a quandry now - not quite knowing what to do other than contacting the Attorney General and hiring a lawyer. My phone calls to them have gone unanswered. I have been told to leave messages on a voice mail, which is full and won't accept any further messages. I really don't want to deal with this company any further without my attorney let alone my creditor. I feel I have been misled, confused and totally ignored by this organization in the worst possible way.

I am really emphathizing with the rest of you who have written your complaints regarding DebtXS. If anyone has any helpful information, please post it.
