Over a year ago, I was taken in by the sales pitch. I should have known better, but, I was deep in debt. I signed the contract with DebtXS and was instructed on dealing with the creditors.

At every opportunity to settle an account, DebtXS failed miserably. DebtXS personnel lied to me every time I contacted them by phone. Do NOT deal with their kind by phone.

I stopped dealing with them by phone. I only used fax and eMAIL.

Every time a creditor began harassing me, I contacted DebtXS. Needless to say, DebtXS failed to address the situation. My wife and I were under a lot of stress from dealing with the creditors (something that DebtXS should be doing).

When I cancelled the contract, I thought that I would get some of the $12,000.00 I gave DebtXS. DebtXS went to extremes to lie to me and prevent me from receiving my refund. I, against my better judgement, called the Client Relations department. I spoke with a James Johnson, who said I would receive my refund within 30 days. The 30 day deadline is 2 weeks old and I doubt I'll see my money any time soon, if at all.

DebtXS has lied to me from my first contact with them and I do believe that they will continue to lie to me. They are an immoral company.

If you're lucky, you may get 1/3 refund.

I finally received my "refund". Attention all Debt XS victims:
2/3 or every penny you pay these people will stay with them. It's in the contract. If you're lucky, you may get 1/3 refund.

How I received my 1/3 refund is quite simple. I constantly contacted them via eMAIL and United States Postal Service (USPS). Do NOT call them. Their kind has been trained to defuse any type of argument you may have. The call receptionists will not answer any questions (e.g. "My name is
_______ _______, I'd like to speak to the supervisor of James Johnson." The call receptionist will say, "What seems to be the problem?" NOTE: The receptionist avoided my request. Their kind is very adept and redirecting a person's intent of speaking to the supervisor to having you explain the situation. The longer they keep you on the phone, the bigger you lose.) Every day you must eMAIL as many people (in Texas or California or wherever). Keep up the pressure. Ask why they are unable to perform a simple task. Don't accept any excuse, they have a thousand of them. Keep the pressure on them. Ask why they are doing this evil deed to you and why do they hate you? If you don't push, you'll lose. Use the Rip-Off report as an attachment to your eMAILs. It took some time, but, I did get 1/3 of my money back. Good luck.
