Complaint Review: Deck Renewal and Mors

These people did a deck and stairs for me summer of 2009. When the snow melted this spring the coating they used has come off and one sees bare wood. Their phone number always has a busy signal and I sent a letter to the address on their contract and it came back, Moved left no forwarding address. He obvioulsy was a franchise holder and did the process wrong or the product did not work as advertised. The only part of the job that is okay is that which is in a screened in porch and not exposed to the sun as much as the open deck and stairs. I would not recommend them to anyone. I am out the $1,900.00 I paid and if they do not respond which is very likely I will have to pay to have someone else do it.
