This site claims to be an ugg outlet store and guarantees 100% quality quarantee and satisfaction. Shortly after placing my order, I tried to contact the supplier with a sizing question. To my horror, I could not find acontact number ormailing address. They list an email address, which I replied to, however I received no response. My credit card (through my bank) was immediately charged, which also was a red flag. I did locate a number I googled, and when I called, the woman said she had heard of this site using their store name, which was fraudulent. I am mad that I became a victim. My order was placed on 1/15/11, and I am waiting to see if I get shipped anything. I am also calling my bank to dispute the charge, though I don't know if that will be successful.
