DECLA, TAMPA BAY PRESERVATION EVA CLAUNCH WORKED HARD NEVER GOT PAID PLANT CITY, Florida
On August 4, 2012 I answered an ad on Craigslist. After reviewing the work needed I was very qualified and I have been out of work since December so I started immediately working for Eva Claunch; ie cutting lawns, rekeying homes, putting on lock boxes and than boarding up homes due to severe weather conditions. I understood that it could take up to 30 days to recieve first payment but she assured me the checks for boarding up the homes were being sent out Septemebr 15, 2012. I contacted Eva as the work was also slowing down to find out where payments were NOTHING no return e-mails no phone calls...HOW CAN ONE DO THIS TO ANOTHER HARD WORKING HUMAN BEING?

Harold NEVER PAID US A DIME GOOD TRY THOUGH....We would love to have gotten paid by the person whom hired us which was YOU. DECLA You are 100% correct we did contact Harold when you ignored all our e-mails and calls. Why run and hide?? You also promised the other companies information that you claim did not pay you..Never did you send that. You also said your attorney would contact us we asked for that contact willingly as we have nothing to hide. Bottom line Eva it wasn't only this job, what happened to all the other jobs we did for you...mowing. trashouts, rekey, lockboxes WHY HAven't you paid us for those before and after pictures to prrove all work completed.

See and the list goes on!! TBP or DECLA whoever they wanna call their self this year because they are running from sub-contractors who they owe money to. It will all catch up to you one day. Krama doesn't like ugly and neither does GOD. That's an awful lot of more people coming to light and spreading the truth. Nice!!

To set the record straight - My company never received pay for these jobs from Harold Rossiter. I was in the middle of legal filings against him when you, Mike and Patricia, went directly to him for your pay. Now, you have been paid directly from him and also have received my pay as well. So who has been ripped off? DECLA has been ripped off by you and Harold Rossiter. Please Mike and Patricia Giovinazzi - stop spreading lies and scamming Contractors. You are trying to recieve pay twice and it wont happen. You are the bigest scam artists in Brooksville, FL.
