Complaint Review: DECORATORS MODEL HOMES - Mel Lieberman

BEWARE. Mel Lieberman and Vicki Greene of Decorator Model Homes are truely criminals. He has operated under SEVERAL business names during his career in the furniture business all in the Illonois area.

He took money from our family of five for a furniture peice (a dining set OVER a year ago). Promises, Promises, Promises of delievery dates and excuses for why it never arrived. Each time we waiting (By Thanksgiving, By Christmas, By New Years, etc.). Each promise met with disappointment and now he won't return any calls at all and he WON'T return our money.

I've never spoken to Vicki Greene, but I've left messages (before the number was disconnected--also a trademark of this company) so she KNOWS what is happening here. So they are both criminals and theives to innocent families.

His voicemail is full, which indicates that he is doing this to a lot of innocent people. He comes off as a really nice guy and you want to believe him and trust that he's not going to run off with your money. I mean, who would expect an actual furniture company owner to take your money and run off with it. But that is EXACTLY what he has done!

We have 3 children under the age of 2. And this man is a completely evil person to have stolen this money from our family.

Do NOT BUY FROM him or any company that is associated with him or her. He has a lot of people to pay off, otherwise he would have paid back the money to the people he owes it to.

We work hard for our money and we have mouths to feed. The fact that this man makes his living on the trust of his customers and then stabs them in the back is beyond repulsive. It's criminal!

I hope others will speak up so we can make sure that he faces up to his responsibilities as a business owner.

As the other guy said, ALL WE WANT IS OUR MONEY BACK!
