This company does not have tags on many of their furniture pieces. This allows salesmen to get more monies without the customer's knowledge. They price gouge on shipping as the salesmen can make commissions on this as well. The furniture is sold as solid wood when it is only veneer. Most of the their clientele base is comprised of 60-80 year olds, mainly affulent and most trusting. Competitive pricing is expected but when furniture and accessories are encouraged to be sold at different prices to different customers for the same pieces, this becomes criminal under the Antitrust Laws of Florida.

I had a problem when an entertainment unit that was delivered on special order did not look like what I thought it would look like. They made a few attempts to get me to substitute it for something that would work, but when that didn't work, they took it back for a full refund.

I had to go to the owners to get satisfaction (this appears to be a family run business) but they certainly went out of their way to make sure I was happy, ultimately at their expense.

Also, delivery and set up for the item was $150 and it was a complicated set up so I don't understand the previous owners complaint about shipping gouging. (And they also didn't charge me to dismantle it when they took it back.)

The furniture in the store is beautiful(but expensive) so I would buy there again after my experience and would highly recommend it provided that if you have a problem, you go straight to the owners because they care about making customers happy.
