I ordered a pair of sunglasses and specifically asked to have it 2 day air delivered. The rep who assisted me told me it would be 20$ additional for the rushed delivery. I was okay with it because if not, the cost would be free to send it through regular mail. I was told that there will be a confirmation sent to me through email for the tracking number.

I didn't hear from them within 24hours so I decided to email them. I was told that unfortunately the shipping method was sent incorrectly and instead of 2 days air, it would be sent through UPS ground shipping. I was very disappointed because I needed the item before Christmas. I came short handed with no gift for Christmas day. They also told me in the response email that they'll refund me the difference of the shipping method.

I thought it'd be 20$ since I wasn't going to receive it on time and there wasn't any point to get it on 12/30/08 that was noted in the email. Instead, I was only refunded 8$ and was told that they charged the 12$ which is the difference because it's being sent through UPS. I think that was unsatisfactory because at first I didn't ask for UPS and they assumed it was okay to charge me the 12$ of late delivery and not try to make it right by paying for the shipping.

I also emailed them a 2nd email expressing my disappointment and frustration. My next response from them was "What do you recommend?" I sent back asking for a reasonable satisfactory service of a discount of 50% off of the purchase or some type of reasonable discount. I wasn't demanding, I was asking because I'm stuck on Christmas empty handed paying a couple hundred dollars for a pair of sunglasses that aren't sent on time. The response from my email was and I will quote this person that sent this to me "Yeah sure 50% I buy them for $165 and make a measly $35 on and you want 50%

I have a better idea why don't I just recall the box and not ship you anything?" I felt that this person is very unprofessional and after reading this message I felt very upset and decided to do some research online. I ended finding this website to write a report about it. My last response from them was I specifically said I wasn't going to make future purchase, I thanked him for such a disrespectful response and told him to have a Merry Christmas. Out of nowhere I received a response about an hour or so I quote word for word the response says "dont threaten me or I will recall the box".

I felt there wasnt any threat involved instead I felt threatened that they wanted to recall a box that I had expressed my bad service with. After reading the scam I'm very worried about how this person runs their business and if my order will arrive by 12/30/08 and is authentic or not like the website stated supposed to be authentic. I hope there's something that we can do about this. If there's anyone out there that has any suggestions please email me. This person sounds crazy and runs a very poor business line.
