Decormyeyes.com - eyewearus.com - playco Corp. Sent Channel reading glasses for frame repair, said they did not recieve them. Post confirmed delivery receipt. Blamed it on the Post Office, sending to postal inspector. Brooklyn New York

Sent Channel reading glasses to this company, they advertise on line the can fix any glasses. I finally called them 2 weeks later after no response and they said they never recieved glassses. I called the Post office I sent priorty mail in a box with a delivery confirmation reciept. I spoke to the head of the Brooklyn Post Office and he talked to the carrier and he did deliver the package, he has to report in address time and date of receipt so they can track the package. They have had several complaints from other customers, the owner of decor my eyes request that the packages be dropped off on his front porch of his personal home. Then some other people come by in a car and pick up the packages and take off with them, the head of the Post office in Brooklyn personally witness this himself, because of all the complaints. I believe this person did repair my glasses and then resold them. I had to send them money to upfront for shipping. My next step is to have the postal inspector investigate. He also sent some nasty emails. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY until you read all the complaints online, from credit card theft to selling designer knockoffs as the real thing.
