I bought a 1993 Ford Thunderbird on April 26th, 2005. I had the car less than 48 hours and put less than 50 miles on the car and had to call them to have it towed back to their shop. It is an apparent head gasket that went bad. Was an inspection done on this car. They have had this car for 4 weeks as of tomorrow 5/19/05 and it is still not fixed. I have a title to a car and no car in my possession and then they want to charge me for the work being done... isn't there a lemon law and you have so many days to retrun a used vehicle?

I want the car back... this is ridiculous. It does not take this long and I feel I am getting the 'run around'.

Sour grapes over 10 years old at that one might expect such problems.

I believe the Lemon law your refer to applies to new vehicles. In any event, purchasing a used vehicle (over 10 years old at that) one might expect such problems. Always have a mechanic check out a used vehicle before giving anyone any beenie weenies.
