I purchased a watch from Deep Blue on August 26, 2016 .   Upon receipt of the watch I was not pleased with the workmanship of the watch and requested to return the watch for a refund.  I was told by Deep Blue to return the watch and they would refund my money.  It has been 2 months and no refund and no one will respond to my emails or phone calls.
