Deep Discount Nutrition ripoff Shipping method error no responses to e-mails to refund difference or where rest of order is. Las Vegas Nevada
When I ordered products from this company I put the following language in the special instructions box, "Please recalculate shipping to USPS to Hawaii and send new shipping cost. Cancel order immediately if I must use UPS.
This was in response to their own website which stated that items to be shipped to Hawaii or Alaska would be shipped USPS.
Despite request, one of the two items was shipped out UPS. After 2-3 e-mails to the company, I received an apology and that they would ship the 2nd half of order USPS. They also stated they were not used to such requests.
I responded by reminding them about what their own website says about USPS to Hawii and asked that they correct this error by paying me the difference between USPS and what UPS was costing ($45.26!!!) I have sent at least 3 e-mails since then requesting this refund and asking where the second part of my order is. NO RESPONSE.

Never received reply to request for check. Have sent at least 5 e-mails to date. They owe me $45 +, including for items they did not have in stock.

Finally heard from co. Said they would refund but then said difference in shipping from UPS to USPS Hawaii was tiny. Finally corrected but now say can't refund my credit card, want to give me store credit. Don't want any more orders from them so asking for a check.
