Defcon Servers Theft and Fraud by Defcon Servers, Tech Support Cancels Your Account as Their only "Support" Internet

Even though I was in a bad mood for another reason and probably came across angry in my original contact - there is a lot to be said for that old maxim "the customer is always right." Especially when a server is shut down against the owner's will and majorly screws up a planned meeting. There could have been illegal activity here.

I apologize for my rudeness in the original report, I was angry about something else and shouldn't have taken it out on them, but it also doesn't change the fact that someone illegally accessed my account and shut off the server causing the problem to begin with. I missed a vital meeting with friends due to this illegal tampering with my account and it made me even angrier.

So do you know how their tech support responded to this problem?

They said take your money elsewhere and cancelled my account without warning, notice, effective immediately.

BUT THEY KEPT ALL MY MONEY.

I am going to have to go through all the hassle of filing a dispute with my bank to get all my money back.

AVOID THIS COMPANY LIKE THE PLAGUE.

I am also going to contact the better business bureau, and going to be posting a review of them on every gaming site I can find.

I am also going to file a complaint with Mastercard - this is a bad merchant who is abusing their account.

I can honestly say that never in my life have I ever encountered such an unfriendly, arrogant, hostile, dishonest, fraudulent company.

But don't belive me - search around a little on the Internet and you will see that they have defrauded and angered many others.

they were very kind and resolved everything. I just must have gotten a bad egg but they really helped and fixed everything.

I think I got unlucky and everything is fixed.

To set the record straight please refer to the two screenshots below. Tech support staff do not have the ability to terminate an account. The account was terminated by myself and was deemed appropriate. We encourage customers to submit support requests if they have any issues with their accounts but we do not have to put up with trouble like this. Please note the account was issued a full refund and the client was informed of this prior to the post here. All the information submitted by this client is false. I would be interested in seeing the proof of the claims being presented otherwise this is simply a forum where disgruntled clients can attempt to hurt businesses and personally I don't see the value in that. Under the right conditions this forum can be an invaluable source but this case does not apply.
