Defender-USA CWD Limited Terrible customer support Internet

Defender-usa/cwd limited's customer support is terrible.  Their website indicates they will respond within 48 hours but I've waited over a week and still haven't been contacted.

The video surveillance cameras work well but the DVR stopped recording after 17 months, of course the warranty is only 12 months.  Interestingly the manual does not address the problem I'm experiencing.  

cwd limited brags about its 30 brands but due to poor customer support I will not recommend nor will I buy any of them.
