DEFENDER USA Defender Sales are good until delivery and non return is available Internet
I have a Defender SN 502-4ch a year with (1) one year free support. Once I called the company I had to call Canada, the support person was rude. I then requested the support supervisor and was disconnected I attempted to call the number several times over one month, my number never connected when I got a connection the operator told me to follow the instructions in the manual, during the operation I was directed to a company called PORT FOWARDING.COM for a fee of $29.95 I have a very good picture on all (4) cameras on a 32" monitor but unable to connect to my laptop computer which is wifi connected nor am I able to get connection to my phone.
