Complaint Review: Del Mar Terrace Apartments

These apartments may have new paint a nice set of green plants but they suck. I lived here as a child so I was really happy to see them get a face lift. I moved in last March and my lease is up this March and I cannot wait to run away from here.

The apartment complex isn't that bad outside of the roach issue and the really old EXCEPT there is an office filled with mean , disrespectful and really unprofessional children who claim to be adults.

They act more like a collection agency then actual rental office employees. They have turned people away and they have also declined to assist people because they did not feel like it. I have only been there three times since I moved in and each time has been terrible.

Please save yourself time and a headache and just do not rent here. The corporate office does nothing about these things either. No response to calls or emails to complain and it really sucks that you have anxiety every time you go into the office and hand over hundreds of dollars.

Nancy and Yesenia work in the office and they are just awful! I had to take Advil after leaving the office arguing with them in the office. I'm a renter, yet they seem to think they own the complex and they don't get paid to assist the people who keep them employed.
